NedRink Location

NedRink is located in the Indian Peaks Subdivision, Nederland, CO. The ice surface is partially carved into the hillside, providing protection from the wind and shade for the ice. The entire property is heavily forested, making the rink a true mountain experience.

Driving Directions:

From the Nederland Traffic Circle: Go North on Highway 72 (Peak to Peak) towards Estes Park. You will travel up a hill past the Nederland Community Center on your right. After 0.8 of a mile, turn left on Indian Peaks Drive. This road has a sign saying "Elementary School". Continue straight on Indian Peaks Drive, ignoring the sharp left at School Road. Just past another left at Shononi Way, the paved road turns to dirt. Continue on another 200 feet to a turn on left. This road pulls into the Rink area.

Parking is free, but fairly tight, so please park carefully to maximum space for others.

Elevation:

NedRink is at 8500 feet elevation and it can be quite a bit colder than in Boulder. Remember to bring a a hat, a couple of extra layers and plenty of water to stay hydrated.
